Midas

I am giving this review and one star because if you are not aware of what needs to be repaired and what the cost will be you will be screwed royally out of potentially hundreds of dollars. They may do good work, but Im telling you that you better donyour homework. Brought our car here a few weeks ago, because Midas was a service provider that worked with warranty company. They quoted a ridiculous amount of money for repairs. The quote was 900 on top of repair covered by warranty, and the guy had the nerve to say he got it down from 1300!!! Lol!!! They thought they had a goofy!! Lol!! Had them run down the list of repairs, and Im like shoot are you dropping a motor. They fixed the warranted repair, and took it too another shop that I frequent regularly and did it for $350. I trust their work and it comes with a warranty as well. Please take what they tell you, and get a second opinion. You will probably find it way cheaper somewhere else. Money is precious and they are just robbing people blind no doubt about it.

Chris was very kind to us. I am recently single and trying to navigate this new journey. I called around asking for quotes. Chris answered with intelligence and high levels of professionalism and compassion. He made sure that my car was taken care of by the staff and (due to technical difficulties) he gave my son a verbal report regarding our vehicle. Chris thank you for being kind and thoughtful. As long as Midas offers this level of customer service, I won't have a reason to shop else where!!! I'm grateful

Gary and the team at Midas were extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. My tire blew out on the Indiana toll road and Midas saved the day right at the start of Memorial Day weekend. They were fair, fast and genuinely cared about my safety.

I received exceptional service from Vic and his team. Vic answered all my questions and got the work expedited as I had an emergency and am from out of state. He called different places on the spot looking for the part I needed and got it done fast. Thanks again Vic - Mauricio & Reyes Rental Cars.
